Council Reports
West Virginia Code 5A-3C-8 which established the Council also mandated that the Council complete three reports in the first 6 months of its existence. Those reports are the Clearinghouse Report (the Discount Drug Card Report), the Reference Pricing Report, and the Medicare Modernization Act of 2003 Report.
