Minnesota Multi-State Contracting Alliance for Pharmacy
(MMCAP)
To improve communication between MMCAP's staff and all participating states and facilities, communication of not time-critical information will be via posting to the appropriate area of the MMCAP web site. Facilities are encouraged to check the web site weekly for new information.
Time-critical information (it is necessary that the facilities receive the information within seven days) will be posted on the MMCAP web site and will be e-mailed to the MMCAP State Purchasing Contact, which is the Governor's Pharmaceutical Advocate Office, and the MMCAP State Pharmacist Contact. The State Purchasing Contact will be responsible for forwarding this information to participating facilities within his/her state as is deemed necessary and will do so by means of posting the information on this page.
At the appropriate time of any year an MMCAP influenza vaccine contract is established, MMCAP will, in addition to the standard time-critical communication procedures, mail a notice directly to all active participating facilities providing all necessary vaccine ordering information.
MMCAP contract pricing is exclusive to participating member organizations; the contract Bulletins and Updates included here are password protected and available only to the participating MMCAP members in West Virginia.
